Napo Capital LLC is a separate legal entity associated with Evan Napolitano. References on this Site to “The Evan Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our” are used for convenience to refer to the real estate team and its website operations, as applicable. The Evan Group is not a separate real estate brokerage. Real estate brokerage services are provided through licensed real estate professionals affiliated with @properties Christie’s International Real Estate and are subject to applicable federal, state, and local real estate licensing laws and regulations. Nothing on this Site creates a brokerage relationship, agency relationship, fiduciary relationship, attorney-client relationship, financial advisory relationship, or other professional relationship merely through your access to or use of the Site.
